Terms of withdrawal, return and refund pursuant to the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) for purchases made on Art-Squad.
1Right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you are a consumer (a natural person purchasing for purposes unrelated to your professional activity), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The period runs from the day on which you (or a third party designated by you) take physical possession of the goods. In the case of a multiple order with separate deliveries, from the day the last item is received.
2How to exercise the right of withdrawal
Before the 14-day deadline you must inform us of your decision with an explicit statement, by email to contact@art-squad.com.
We will send you confirmation of receipt. The burden of proof for exercising the right of withdrawal lies with you.
3Returning the goods
After notifying us of your withdrawal you must return the goods within 14 days to the address: ZolphoStudio Via Solferino, 33 | 81031 CE | Aversa | It
Products must be returned intact, unused and, where possible, in their original packaging. You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.
Return costs: borne by the customer
4Refund
We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs (excluding supplementary costs if you chose a more expensive shipping option than standard), within 14 days of the date on which we were informed of your withdrawal.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have supplied proof of shipment, whichever is earlier.
The refund is issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed; you will not be charged any fees for the refund.
5Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
Pursuant to art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to measure or clearly personalised.
6Legal guarantee of conformity (2 years)
All products are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity (art. 128 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code). In the event of a lack of conformity you are entitled, free of charge, to have conformity restored (repair or replacement) or, alternatively, to a price reduction or to termination of the contract.
For the first 12 months from delivery, the defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise. To exercise the guarantee, contact contact@art-squad.com.
7Defective or damaged products
If you receive a defective product, or one damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours at contact@art-squad.com, attaching photos of the product and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
