Terms of withdrawal, return and refund pursuant to the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206\/2005) for purchases made on Art-Squad.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

1<\/span>Right of withdrawal (14 days)<\/span><\/h2>\n

If you are a consumer<\/strong> (a natural person purchasing for purposes unrelated to your professional activity), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days<\/span> without giving any reason.<\/p>\n

The period runs from the day on which you (or a third party designated by you) take physical possession of the goods. In the case of a multiple order with separate deliveries, from the day the last item is received.<\/p>\n

2<\/span>How to exercise the right of withdrawal<\/span><\/h2>\n

Before the 14-day deadline you must inform us of your decision with an explicit statement, by email to contact@art-squad.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n

We will send you confirmation of receipt. The burden of proof for exercising the right of withdrawal lies with you.<\/p>\n

3<\/span>Returning the goods<\/span><\/h2>\n

After notifying us of your withdrawal you must return the goods within 14 days<\/span> to the address: ZolphoStudio Via Solferino, 33 | 81031 CE | Aversa | It<\/p>\n

Products must be returned intact, unused<\/strong> and, where possible, in their original packaging. You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.<\/p>\n

Return costs: <\/strong>borne by the customer<\/p>\n

4<\/span>Refund<\/span><\/h2>\n

We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs<\/span> (excluding supplementary costs if you chose a more expensive shipping option than standard), within 14 days<\/span> of the date on which we were informed of your withdrawal.<\/p>\n

We may withhold the refund<\/strong> until we have received the goods or you have supplied proof of shipment, whichever is earlier.<\/p>\n

The refund is issued using the same payment method<\/strong> used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed; you will not be charged any fees for the refund.<\/p>\n

5<\/span>Exclusions from the right of withdrawal<\/span><\/h2>\n

Pursuant to art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply<\/strong> to goods made to measure or clearly personalised<\/span>.<\/p>\n

6<\/span>Legal guarantee of conformity (2 years)<\/span><\/h2>\n

All products are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity<\/span> (art. 128 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code). In the event of a lack of conformity you are entitled, free of charge, to have conformity restored<\/strong> (repair or replacement) or, alternatively, to a price reduction<\/strong> or to termination of the contract<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

For the first 12 months<\/span> from delivery, the defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise. To exercise the guarantee, contact contact@art-squad.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n

7<\/span>Defective or damaged products<\/span><\/h2>\n

If you receive a defective product, or one damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours<\/span> at contact@art-squad.com<\/a>, attaching photos<\/strong> of the product and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.<\/p>\n
